A 2026 customer said Mario sent materials to a lab to prove the roof could not be repaired, and that after almost a year the insurer paid for the full roof replacement. A 2025 customer said Mario worked with public adjusters for almost a year until the insurer paid for the entire roof, the siding and interior work damaged by leaks. A 2025 customer said the company replaced the roof, gutters and gable vents and repaired the chimney, with text messages and pictures sent during the roof replacement.
