The same customer said they were willing to pay ETK's emergency fill fee for a Sunday morning delivery. A 2025 customer said their furnace broke down and most companies they found online did not answer the phone; ETK came the same day, delivered oil and started up the furnace. A 2025 customer said other companies told them they would have to wait 2 days for oil, while ETK came that night for the emergency fill, and named Kristol and Alton as friendly and professional. A 2025 customer said ETK was the only company that answered their call at night, at the start of a snow storm, when they were without heat. A 2025 customer said Tony helped out when they ran out of oil and that the delivery was quick. A 2026 customer said the prices were very fair.
