## The honest read

Evergreen Drain and Septic is the call for clogged drains and septic trouble, and on Google it holds 5 stars from 35 ratings. On its Better Business Bureau page the company describes itself as offering a variety of drain and septic cleaning services.

One recent customer called Brent on a Sunday about a kitchen sink that would not drain at all. He came out the same day, had it fixed within an hour, and charged what the customer called a very reasonable price for a Sunday visit.

A customer with what looked like a toilet clog reached Brent early on a Saturday morning, and he was at the house within two hours. He removed the toilet, used a camera to look inside the pipes, and cleared out pipes that had roots growing inside them.

For a recent septic customer, Brent replaced an almost 40-year-old septic pump and coupling, installed a WiFi alarm, and sent photos and updates of the work. Brent repaired a septic tank inlet and added a riser for a customer who said he kept them up to date throughout. A customer signing from Ashland, NH said Brent handled a septic problem within hours of the call while the family was away, and documented the work. The owner came out to clear a backed-up kitchen sink in a customer's antique home, where getting the hoses in is not easy.

A 2026 customer said Brent fit them in late at night for an emergency freeze in a septic pipe. A 2026 reviewer wrote that he showed up at 8:30pm to unclog a drain and disposal before a Super Bowl party. A 2026 customer said Brent replaced their septic pump after other companies had quoted extremely high prices. A 2026 customer said Brent was running a little late and offered the choice to reschedule or wait; they waited, and said the price was reasonable and the service clean and quick.

A 2025 customer said a big-name company had come out three times with no fix, and Brent came out that same day and found and fixed the problem.

**Strengths:**
- Same-day Sunday visit — a clogged kitchen sink fixed within an hour
- Camera pipe inspection — Brent cleared roots growing inside a customer's pipes
- Photo updates — a recent customer got photos of a septic pump job
- Late-night freeze call — a 2026 customer was fit in late at night
