## The honest read

Experienced Electric is an electrical contractor with a 5-star average from 5 Google ratings.

A 2023 customer needed a new electrical panel after mice ate away at the old one. That customer said other quotes tried to upsell them on new work costing thousands of dollars, while Brian told them exactly what they needed, gave a quote, and the final bill came in at pretty much that amount. The same customer said the work was done quickly and with no attempt to upsell.

**Strengths:**
- Quote held — a 2023 customer said the bill matched the panel quote
- No upselling — a 2023 customer said other quotes pushed thousands in extra work
