The company says it has been in business 27 years. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration is active. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+. In a March 2024 review, a customer said the company did a new roof and seven new skylights and cleaned the site so you couldn't tell they'd been there. A September 2022 customer had two weeks to replace the roof or have their insurance policy not renewed, and said Mike ordered the supplies, pulled the permit and had the roof re-decked and shingled within that time. In October 2022, a reviewer said they found more rot than the contract planned, and Mike got a contractor in to fix it and wanted no payment until he was done. A February 2023 customer mentioned some miscommunication around a specialized flue pipe flange installation that Mike worked with them to sort out.
