A 2023 customer wrote that Dave explained what he was going to do, how and why during the inspection, and said he saved the customer from buying something that would have been a money pit. Another 2023 customer said Dave took pictures and explained the issues he saw and how to go about fixing them, and that his inspection price was better than any other quote that customer had gotten. A 2023 customer wrote that Dave inspected two homes for them: on the first, he expressed his concerns and they were able to terminate the contract. That 2023 customer said that on the second home he accommodated a very short inspection contingency window and supplied his report within 24 hours, with notes and photos viewable in an online portal. A 2023 first-time home buyer wrote that Dave gave references for any repairs that may have been needed. A Realtor wrote in 2022 that when the Realtor and the buyer arrived at the scheduled time, Dave was already on the roof of the two-story home, where he also inspected the fireplace and the gutters. In that 2022 review, the Realtor said he gave the buyer a rough idea of what repairs or improvements would cost and that his written report had details and photos. A 2022 first-time home buyer said issues were explained in a plain manner instead of technical talk and that multiple payment methods were accepted. **Strengths:** - A fast report — a 2023 customer said the report came within 24 hours - A photo-documented report — a 2022 Realtor said the report had details and photos - A plain-language walkthrough — a 2022 buyer said issues were explained without technical talk ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2023 customer wrote that Dave explained what he was going to do, how and why, and saved the customer from buying a money pit _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURaNHBqTjB3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xd1b0c43861ca54a6!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDZ4pjN0wE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Dave is excellent.
