The written record on file is small — four Porch reviews, all from 2018. Three describe fast, friendly service: one customer called Carlos out on a Sunday morning for a last-minute job and had it finished quickly; another had a roof leak diagnosed and repaired within 90 minutes of reaching out; a third called the handyman on time and upfront about cost. The fourth review, also from 2018, is a serious complaint: the customer says they put down half the money on a contract, the check was cashed immediately, the project never started, no permit was pulled, and the business stopped answering calls, leaving them out money and months behind schedule. For small, same-day handyman and repair jobs the reviews on file are reassuring, but given that unresolved account, get everything — scope, permits, payment schedule — in writing before handing over a deposit on anything larger. **Strengths:** - Fast response — same-day and even weekend jobs, per 2018 reviews - Quick roof fix — leak diagnosed and repaired in 90 minutes, per a 2018 review **Concerns:** - Unresolved deposit — cashed check, no work started, no permit, per a 2018 review ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Came out on a Sunday on short notice to finish a last-minute job _(confidence: medium)_ - [Porch](https://pro.porch.com/waltham-ma/handymen/felicianos-construction-co-and-handyman-services/pp) — “5★ I had a last minute job under an extremely tight schedule, and called Carlos explaining my predicament.
