It carries 4.7 stars from 16 ratings on HomeAdvisor and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. In a 2021 review, a customer said the company did two bathroom remodels for them, changing an old tub insert to a walk-in shower with glass doors in the first. That 2021 customer said the second, a master bedroom bath, meant removing a very large jetted tub and installing a deep soaking alcove tub with tile surround. The same 2021 customer gave Jefferson credit, saying he was on the job every day. In a 2020 review, a customer said Morgan gutted their bathroom to the studs, including tub and floor, and that the job was coordinated between plumbers, electricians, painters and Morgan. That 2020 customer said the result was a working bathroom quicker than projected. A 2022 customer said their house looked like a brand new home after the siding job. In a 2021 review, a customer described several projects, from replacement windows to a sunroom to a new kitchen floor. A 2021 customer said the work was completed ahead of schedule and the estimate was accurate, with a small reduction. In a 2020 review, a customer described sloppy work and said obvious workmanship errors were left uncorrected. In a 2009 review, a customer said the bathroom came out the way they wanted, but a job estimated at 1-2 weeks took 4 weeks, mainly because the company did not have all the materials when it started. That 2009 customer also said painters had to repaint nearly everything after using a flat finish when satin had been requested.
