Its website lists Concord, Merrimack, Hillsborough, Rockingham, Strafford, Sullivan and Cheshire as its service area, and its service list runs from estate, office and storage-unit cleanouts to shed, deck, barn and mobile home demolition. A customer whose house held 32 years of accumulated junk said Brandon and Paul came to give a price prepared to start on the spot, were hired then and there, and didn't leave a mess. A customer said Branden and Paul communicated clearly about the pricing before proceeding, and the final tally was right in line with the estimate. One customer with an oversized appliance said they got a confirmation text, a reminder the day of and a phone call 25 minutes before arrival, and that the appliance was handled carefully. One customer said they were in and out within 90 minutes, left the place clean and offered to leave a free estimate in case of a change of mind. A customer cleaning out a property in Nashua asked for same-day removal of a large number of bags and said the techs were there within a few hours of the call. One customer filled the whole trailer and said the price was very fair. In a 2025 review, a customer said Ryan and Diamond confirmed pricing on arrival, including electronic waste and tractor tires, and that Diamond booked another appointment for a second trailer load. A 2025 customer said Ryan and Parker took apart a huge desk that would not fit through the door to get it out. A 2024 customer said Parker and Ryan removed a woodstove that was extremely heavy and awkward. A 2026 customer who gave two stars said the items were taken at the quoted rate, but an "additional fee" was not disclosed until on site. **Strengths:** - Estimate matched final — a customer said the final tally matched the estimate - Same-day removal — techs arrived within a few hours for a Nashua cleanout - Arrival notice — a confirmation text, a reminder and a call before arrival - A whole-house cleanout — 32 years of junk cleared without leaving a mess **Concerns:** - Fee disclosed on site — a 2026 customer said an additional fee came up on site ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9 stars from 246 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Finally%20Freedom%20Junk%20Removal&query_place_id=ChIJkawWgpFr4okRt0BHA2lnnl0) — “Google: 4.9★ from 246 ratings” - Lists Concord, Merrimack, Hillsborough, Rockingham, Strafford, Sullivan and Cheshire as its service area _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.newhampshirejunkremoval.org) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Merrimack, Cheshire, Hillsborough, Rockingham, Strafford, Sullivan, Concord” - Its website lists cleanouts and shed, deck, barn and mobile home demolition among its services _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.newhampshirejunkremoval.org) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): All Services Estate Cleanouts Services Office Cleanouts Furniture and Appliance Removal Mobile Home Demolit…” - A customer said the final tally was right in line with the estimate _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pkZmJFTkNSbDlIU1hKWGVubDZZWFJRUVZKbGJIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x5d9e6769034740b7!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjdfbENCRl9HSXJXenl6YXRQQVJlbHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Branden and Paul were great: on time and efficient.
