## The honest read

Finest Floors Inc describes itself on Angi as installing solid hardwood flooring, unfinished or prefinished, and doing "virtually dustfree wood floor refinishing." Angi shows 4.9 stars from 14 ratings.

A 2015 customer said Jeff stuck to his reasonable quote and came back for an extra day of work after the first sanding had stain bleeding through. That 2015 customer also said Jeff was there on a holiday weekend when they wondered whether the floor needed another coat of finish.

A 2014 customer said the floor came out beautiful and the pricing was very reasonable. That 2014 customer added that he worked later than he normally would to finish on time, because one of the rooms was their bedroom.

A 2013 customer said Jeff was quick to come back to the job site to remedy a small blemished area. In a separate 2013 review, a customer said they controlled the sanding dust so there was no mess.

A 2011 customer described sanding and a sealer coat on the first day, then a finer sanding and a coat of poly finish the next morning. That 2011 customer said the blending of new finish with the existing flooring in one abutting room could have been better, and some dust was in the finish in a few corners.

A 2008 customer said the job took 4 days and that they took care to re-finish the closet floors.

Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0564857, as expired.
