A 2026 customer whose regular supplier refused a delivery ahead of an expected snowstorm called Fiorilla in Bethel, was told a delivery could come by Saturday, and said they showed up Friday morning; that customer also called the driver pleasant and friendly. Its stated service area includes Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Milford, Newtown, Ridgefield and Wilton, and its BBB grade is A+. A recent customer of seven years thanks Tony and the team and says online ordering is quick and easy. A 2023 customer said they had run out of heating oil with a storm coming, called seven companies, and Fiorilla arrived within 45 minutes to deliver the oil. A 2024 customer who had lived in the same house for 40 years said Fiorilla worked with them through personal hardships over the previous couple of years, and thanked Tony, Jim and the ladies in the office. Automatic delivery is where a 2025 customer had trouble. That customer said that every winter on automatic delivery there was at least one time the company did not schedule properly, their system ran dry and went into lockout, and the company had no answer when asked why that year's deliveries were set more than a month apart when the prior year's were less than a month apart. The same 2025 customer said the company was good in a pinch and would get them on the schedule that day if they had no oil. **Strengths:** - Early storm delivery — a 2026 customer said they came a day early - 45-minute delivery — a 2023 customer out of oil had it within 45 minutes - Online ordering — a recent customer of seven years calls it quick and easy **Concerns:** - Automatic delivery scheduling — a 2025 customer said their system ran dry every winter ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Stated service area includes Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Milford, Newtown, Ridgefield and Wilton _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](http://www.fiorillaheatingoil.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, Easton, Monroe, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding,…” - BBB grade of A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/bethel/profile/home-improvement/fiorilla-heating-oil-inc-0111-17000674) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - A 2026 customer was told to expect a delivery by Saturday and said it came Friday morning, ahead of an expected snowstorm _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21WRlNtMUhhelZpWWtKc1JGVnpXVWhOYkRZeFpFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe619645a6d4acc95!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmVFSm1HazViYkJsRFVzWUhNbDYxZEE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We needed an oil delivery from our local & long standing delivery service and was refused due to expected snow storm and wanted an additi…” - A 2023 customer who ran out of oil said the company arrived within 45 minutes to deliver _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURoMFAtdkZBEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xe619645a6d4acc95!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDh0P-vFA%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Amazing!
