## The honest read

Five Pines Carpentry describes its work on its website as interior finish carpentry: trim and molding, interior doors, stair details, paneling and architectural woodwork. The service area it lists runs from Portsmouth and Dover to York, Kittery, Ogunquit and South Berwick.

A 2026 review from a millwork shop says the shop has subcontracted Five Pines Carpentry for commercial millwork installs and custom residential cabinet installs, and calls the work detail-oriented, timely and careful. A 2026 customer said Keaton was professional and friendly, with attention to detail in his work. Earlier in 2026, a customer said they loved the arch Keaton installed for them.

A 2024 customer listed the jobs Keaton completed for them over 12 months: a finished laundry room with installed cabinets, a Rev-A-Shelf mixer lift, pull-out shelves and drawers, a bottom corner cabinet redesigned into a double Lazy Susan, and five exterior motion detector lights. A 2024 customer said Keaton replaced an old casement window with a custom sash window in their office, and that 5 Pines framed out their bathroom remodel. A 2024 customer said Keaton repaired rot on the exterior of their house and had it match.

A 2024 customer said Keaton built custom built-ins and a mantel piece for their client, and packed his tools away and cleaned up every evening. A 2024 customer wrote that his hand-crafted reclaimed western red cedar corbels finished their front entryway. A 2023 customer said 5 Pines replaced two doors on their house in South Berwick, gave them the specs so they could buy their preferred doors, and took the old doors away afterward.

The work runs to smaller chores too: a 2024 customer said Keaton cleaned their gutters and cleaned up the debris.

On Google, Five Pines Carpentry holds a 4.9-star rating from 39 ratings.
