Its website says every project, from a single repair to a full replacement, follows the same approach: look at it in person, scope it clearly, do the work right. In a 2024 review, a customer said Five Star replaced their roof, walked them through the process and helped them choose a product. That 2024 customer said that on the day of the work they watched the landscaping and used magnets to pick up debris to protect the dogs, and that when one shingle had raised up a small bit near one of the skylights, they came out to fix it the next day. A 2024 review also said the crew arrived on time, the roof turned out perfectly and everything was left without a trace of debris. In another 2024 review, a customer said the company got the job done quickly and efficiently without trying to fix more than what was asked for.
