On Angi, it describes itself as catering to clients from high-end custom work to small home projects, and says it is a member of the National Wood Floor Association. Its written reviews date from 2005. A November 2005 review describes them removing the subflooring and installing a new maple floor, and says they managed to rid the floor of the squeaking it originally had. That 2005 review also says Brendan provided information on hardwood floors from the start, that there was no pressure to sign, and that at each point of the work they kept the writer informed. Another November 2005 review said the writers were very pleased with the results and would use them again. A December 2005 review called them thorough, professional and reasonably priced. One November 2005 review was mixed. It called the price for the quality of the job great, but said a 2 day job turned into a 4 day job without notice, so the writers arrived home to an unfinished job. It also rated cleanliness poor because cigarette butts were left all over the porch and flower beds. **Strengths:** - Maple floor install — subfloor removed and squeaks gone, per a 2005 review - Clear explanations — hardwood floor information and no pressure, in 2005 **Concerns:** - Schedule overrun — a 2 day job ran to 4 days in 2005 - Site cleanliness — cigarette butts left on the porch in 2005 ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Self-described on Angi as serving clients from high-end custom work to small home projects _(confidence: medium)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/ma/malden/flawless-floors-reviews-7799507.htm) — “About (Angi, self-described): Flawless Floors is dedicated to serving our customers with the up most courtesy and respect.
