A recent customer said Jess really knows her plants and was a pleasure to work with. A 2026 customer said Jess talked them through which plants to keep or replace and which new ones to add, and was involved in every step of the garden's conversion. A 2025 customer said Jess came out quickly, walked through the garden space and sent a report with pictures, planting schedules and a plan to rebuild the garden. A 2025 customer whose hydrangeas were not thriving said Jess suggested plants for the front of the house, answered questions about the health of one of the trees, and sent a summary of plant options with instructions on where to plant them. A 2025 customer said Jess tailored her recommendations to how much work they were willing to put in themselves, leaving a list of ideas that considers sun and shade, time of bloom, and color, texture and height. A 2025 customer described a consulting project on the layout of some garden beds: once the beds were roughed in, Jess came back to take more measurements and offer further advice.
