## The honest read

Floor Coverings International advertises carpet, laminate, tile and vinyl flooring. A 2026 customer said Steve and his team refinished pine flooring and installed hardwood in the bedrooms, with Steve available throughout the project. A 2026 customer said Steve brought samples over patiently without rushing the choices for an old house.

A 2026 customer said the company followed its initial meeting with a detailed project statement covering preparation, timelines and procedures. A 2026 customer described Steve's mobile showroom and said materials were ordered and installation scheduled quickly, with Tyler installing the flooring.

A 2026 customer said Steve suggested waiting a few weeks before signing an agreement to see whether water-damaged wood returned to its original shape. That 2026 customer said the team replaced damaged boards, sanded the floor and applied the first protective coat within six hours, finishing the final coat three days later. That 2026 customer said the final invoice came in under budget despite an additional area needing replacement.

A 2025 customer said hardwood installation in four rooms and repairs in the hallway and living room were completed in three days. That 2025 customer said the company worked with flooring purchased elsewhere and Steve kept them informed throughout.

A 2024 customer said bedroom carpeting led them to hire Steve again for engineered hardwood throughout the rest of the home, but the selected floorboards had an unusual manufacturing issue. That 2024 customer said Steve helped them navigate submitting a warranty claim to the manufacturer.
