He picked up, was at the house by 3:30am and replaced the water heater with one he had in stock. The company holds 5 stars from 11 Google ratings and 4.8 from 19 on Thumbtack. One customer had two drains back up at the same time. Luis ran late but kept them informed by text, showed up at the end of his work day and fixed the problems; he also ran a video camera down the plumbing line and showed the customer the issues in real time. A customer who noticed rusty, worn pipes in the basement said the plumber replaced the old cast iron drain pipes and copper water lines with new PVC and PEX. At a rental property, Luis replaced an old toilet and installed a new sump pump with a battery backup system, and the customer said he took the time to explain how the backup system works. One customer said he installed a shower valve and two toilets and replaced the quick stop valves throughout the house. Luis did an annual flush of a tankless water heater for one customer, who wrote that his "Rates are better than anyone else around." One customer said a new water heater install went smoothly and Luis was finished in a few hours. A one-star Thumbtack customer wrote: "Show up for the job or if he doesn't want the job at least tell them so." **Strengths:** - Late-night emergency call — at the house by 3:30am for a burst water heater - Drain camera inspection — showed one customer the line issues in real time - Basement repiping — cast iron and copper replaced with PVC and PEX - A sump pump backup — battery backup system installed at a rental property **Concerns:** - Showing up — a one-star Thumbtack customer asked him to show up for the job - A late arrival — Luis ran late on one job but texted updates ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Answered a 3am call for a burst water heater, arrived by 3:30am and replaced it with a heater he had in stock _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xaRGFFZEZUMVEyUlRGR1dFNUdhbVk0TUc1eWRFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1ee57ce1b350237b!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlZDaEdFT1Q2RTFGWE5GamY4MG5ydEE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I called Luis at 3am for a emergency repair thankfully he picked up because my water heater had burst he was at my house by 3:30am and wa…” - 5 stars from 11 Google ratings and 4.8 stars from 19 Thumbtack ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Flow%20On%20The%20Go%20Plumbing%20%26%20Drain%20Cleaning&query_place_id=ChIJk_dSwXXrfA8ReyNQs-F85R4) — “Google: 5★ from 11 ratings” - [Thumbtack](https://www.thumbtack.com/ct/northford/affordable-plumbing-services/flow-on-go-plumbing-drain-cleaning/service/585778739068166158?spotlightWebMarkupEnabled=1) — “Thumbtack: 4.8★ from 19 ratings” - Used a video camera down the plumbing line to show a customer the issues in real time and fixed two backed-up drains _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tKSVdIVlBOVGxoU3pKTVdEazJXREpzWWpJdFZXYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x1ee57ce1b350237b!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkJIWHVPNTlhSzJMWDk2WDJsYjItVWc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Two drains in our house backed up simultaneously.
