They did a home inspection while there, then came back within a few days to patch and block possible entrance points for mice or snakes. Floyd's Pest & Wildlife Control's website names rodent control and wildlife removal in Norwich, Waterford, Groton, Colchester and Salem, CT. A recent customer asked for an exclusion service to fix holes around the house and said they found a hole that was almost impossible to see; Max followed up the next week for an extra task. A customer who found a bat in the bedroom said they came out and took care of it. Max came over at 10pm on a moment's notice for a bat in one customer's house. A customer with raccoons in the attic said Max came out the same day and was reasonably priced. Max came promptly and sprayed one customer's ground bees, and that customer has not seen one since. A 2026 customer said Max and his brother Adam completed wildlife exclusion using hardware cloth, digging a trench and putting metal screening all around a sun porch and deck so that no skunks could get back into the crawl space. A 2025 customer said Max answered a text about attic noises within 30 minutes, inspected the next day, said it was mice rather than squirrels, set traps, returned two days later to check them and then plugged the potential entry points. A 2025 customer with a raccoon problem said Max set traps, monitored them daily including weekends, and installed a more permanent solution the day after the raccoons were caught. Its BBB grade is A-, and BBB lists it as accredited. A 2025 customer said Max made time to deal with bats in their attic immediately because a contractor had stopped work until the bats were gone. That 2025 customer wrote that the bats were gone and the contractor was back to work. **Strengths:** - Fast snake removal — a recent customer said they were over in less than an hour - Same-day raccoon call — a recent customer said Max came out the same day - Thorough entry-point sealing — a recent customer said they found an almost invisible hole - Late-night bat call — Max came over at 10pm on a moment's notice - Reasonable pricing — a recent customer called the price very reasonable ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said Max and Adam were over in less than an hour to trap a snake, then came back within a few days to patch and block possible entrance points _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xwc2FXUjBlRVZNWkdwUlNYVTJjMFUyVlhkNmFHYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xbaaa798bddd0ab88!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlpsaWR0eEVMZGpRSXU2c0U2VXd6aGc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I went into my fridge and a snake popped out from on top!
