Two hundred thirty-two reviews since 2021, and the specifics repeat across more than a dozen named agents rather than one person carrying the brand — Google alone shows 272 ratings averaging five stars. Focus Real Estate works out of Jamaica Plain, and the reviews describe deals across Boston, Roslindale, Fort Hill and the surrounding towns, for buyers, sellers and renters alike.

One competency shows up again and again, told by different clients working with different agents: managing a sale or purchase for someone who isn't physically there. This summer, a client living outside the country described Randal coordinating tenants, contractors, a stager and an HOA trustee to get their condo sold well over asking without them setting foot in it. In 2024 and 2025 reviews, other clients described Neathery Brenzel handling a sale from out of state or overseas — prepping, listing and closing while they were far away.

First-time buyers are the other constant.
