## The honest read

Ford Construction is listed by the Better Business Bureau as a Norwell, Massachusetts construction services business.

The Massachusetts contractor licence registry lists a Home Improvement Contractor licence, number 168699, as expired, under the name B Ford Construction LLC. A homeowner should confirm current, active licensing directly with the state before hiring.

**Concerns:**
- Licence expired — the state registry lists HIC 168699 as expired

**Where sources disagree:**
- The state licence registry lists HIC 168699 under the name B Ford Construction LLC, not Ford Construction Corp.
