Last 6 months: 1 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read New wood floors, trim, a nickel gap feature wall, a fireplace mantel, wood ceilings, a storage bench, a closet and a fully painted interior: that is the list one February 2025 Google reviewer gave for a single FP Carpentry job. The New Milford, CT company says it has done remodeling, custom carpentry, decks, siding and exterior work in Connecticut and New York since 2012. Its reviews name Fabiano, Fabio and Vinny. A January 2024 customer described a major renovation with new windows, doors, floors, ceilings, roof, deck and a master suite, at prices they called reasonable. In January 2025 a customer with a large outdoor structure said the team made detailed sketches and 3D plans before starting. In March 2024 the crew explained why a customer's cabinets had started coming off the wall and replaced them with sturdier ones matching the originals. The newest review, from August 2026, praises the carpentry and a very tight timeline. The oldest account, from October 2018, says a problem took a little longer to correct because of heavy rain, and that Fabiano apologized and took care of it. All of its written reviews are five stars, with 5 from 10 Google ratings and 5.0 from 3 each on Angi and HomeAdvisor. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0649103, is active with the state, held by FP CARPENTRY LLC. The company says it is insured and offers free estimates. **Strengths:** - Whole-room carpentry — 2025 job covered floors, ceilings, mantel and trim - Planning upfront — 2025 customer got sketches and 3D plans first - Major renovations — 2024 customer's windows, roof, deck and master suite ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A February 2025 job included new wood floors, trim, a feature wall, a fireplace mantel, wood ceilings and interior painting _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnTURnbHMyeVRBEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x440364f16c720c23!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgMDgls2yTA%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Fabio and Vinny and their crew are the best!
