**Trade:** Electrical · **Languages:** English, Chinese

**Rating: 3.5/5** (low confidence) — from 2 reviews across 2 sources.

## The honest read

Frank Kong is presented on Thumbtack as an electrical contractor serving Holbrook, Massachusetts. The profile lists electrical and wiring repair, lighting and wiring installation, switch and outlet work, generator installation and repair, fan installation, and circuit-breaker panel or fuse-box work, with 16 projects shown. The profile also lists the directory claim “Electrician – Journeyman”; this is a platform claim to confirm directly before relying on it.

Two Thumbtack customers, reviewing work in 2025 and 2026, describe professional service, a successful house repair, and an experience they would repeat. The history is positive but small, with two ratings from one source, so these comments provide an initial read rather than a deep long-term track record.

Frank Kong may fit homeowners seeking the electrical and wiring tasks listed on the profile, especially repair, installation, generator, fan, and panel work. Before booking, confirm the applicable Massachusetts license details, project scope, insurance, availability, and a written estimate.

**Strengths:**
- Electrical repairs — customers report successful house work
- Recent reviews — positive comments from 2025 and 2026
- Project history — 16 projects shown on profile

**Concerns:**
- Small review base — two ratings from one source
- License details — directory claim should be confirmed directly
