A 2025 customer said Freddy came out a few hours after the call for a main line blockage and pulled a cluster of tree roots out of the main line. A 2025 customer whose clog another drain company had barely fixed, and who had been quoted $9K to reline the pipes, said Freddy cleaned out the sewage pipe and didn't try to upsell. A 2023 customer said the main was cleared of trash the previous owners had flushed. A recent Angi customer described a drain-cleaning visit where the technician arrived on time, explained every step, and the water flow improved immediately.

A 2025 customer called on a Sunday morning about an emergency basement valve leak and said Freddy showed up within an hour and fixed it within 16 minutes. In a 2023 review, a customer with a leaking tub faucet said two plumbers had told them the tiles would have to be ripped apart; Freddie went through the bottom of the cabinets instead and the hot water came back.
