## The honest read

A recent customer with a large roof of many angles wrote that Freedom Roofing was able to strip and reshingle it in a single day. A recent customer said Jared and his team completed the roof replacement in one day.

The company says it has been in business four years and lists a service area that includes Bangor, Hermon, Brewer, Old Town, Orono, Ellsworth, Augusta and Portland. It holds 4.9 stars from 70 Google ratings.

A 2025 customer said the final price was the exact same as the quote and all the work was completed within one day. A 2025 customer who woke up to a roof leak after a heavy storm said it was repaired the same day. In 2024, a customer said Freedom Roofing took on a tricky repair after another company failed to find the leak, and Jeraldo and his team repaired it. A 2024 customer said Jared and his team worked on their flat and Spanish tile roofs.

A recent customer posted a 1-star update: the roof work was good, but water got into a bathroom fan outlet, which the customer put down to a seal that was not properly installed. That customer said they were about nine months into a one-year warranty and tried contacting the company twice with no reply.
