## The honest read

Full Spectrum is the call people make after someone else has already been out. A homeowner in December 2025 was told by the first company that the whole heating system had to go, then called here for a second opinion. A January 2026 customer came back because Jay had earlier fixed a heat pump another company installed wrong. In October 2025 one customer had endured three months and six technicians guessing at a three-year-old furnace; another that month had come off two contractors who left a mess behind.

Speed runs through the rest. A Monday-morning call in December 2025 brought Andres out that afternoon. A late-afternoon call in July 2026 still got a same-day visit, with a photo of the technician sent ahead of him. An after-hours weekend message in October 2025 had Jay on site in under an hour. The same technicians come up again and again - Louis, Todd, Jay, Evan, Andres.

The work covers the full range: furnace and AC replacements, heat pumps, mini-splits, a gas boiler installed in December 2025, attic ductwork and plenums replaced in January 2026, an air handler swapped indoors while the heat pump went in outside, and thermostats, a whole-home humidifier and duct-and-vent cleaning for mold and air quality. The company says it has served Massachusetts since 2021 and names Needham, Northborough, Berlin and Upton as its area.

One thing to weigh before calling.
