A 2026 customer said they ran out of oil right after a big snow storm and he came the same night without charging an emergency fee. A 2025 customer whose tank was practically empty on a Saturday morning said G&G responded to a text quickly and filled the tank later that afternoon. A 2025 customer said their boiler quit at 6pm on a Saturday; Gentian called back in 10 minutes with a temporary fix, then came out on Sunday, made the repair and flushed the system.
