Where it sits depends on which listing you read: BuildZoom puts it at 67 Cross St in Ashland, while BBB puts it at 1 1st St in Framingham — same phone number, same president. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #187324, in the business's own name. Its permit history carries two jobs: a 2024 interior tenant fit-out for a market with a butcher area on 17th St in Waltham, and a 2017 electrical service change and spa at a house in Methuen. If you are calling about yard or hardscape work, ask which address the crew actually works out of, ask what landscaping he has done near you that you can go and look at, and check the home improvement contractor registration yourself on the state's licence register before you put money down. **Strengths:** - Own-name registration — BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts contractor number for the company - Decade in business — BBB records ten years and one employee - Owner-run — Walther Garcia Lopez is the named principal **Concerns:** - Two addresses — BBB and BuildZoom list different towns - Licence record — BuildZoom's issue and verification dates disagree - Permit history — two jobs, a commercial fit-out and an electrical change **Where sources disagree:** - BBB places the business at 1 1st St, Framingham, MA; BuildZoom places it at 67 Cross St, Ashland, MA — the same phone number and the same president on both. - BuildZoom's licence record is internally inconsistent: the registration's stated issue date postdates the verification BuildZoom cites for it. ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. -
