## The honest read

New-construction wiring is where G H Electrical Service shows up most: nine of its 25 Google reviews describe a new home build or new construction project. The Attleboro company says it has been in business 30 years, and Google shows 4.1 stars from 31 ratings.

Chris is the name customers mention most, in ten reviews. The two most recent, from June and July 2026, are both generator jobs with Chris — a Generac installation, and a project taking down an old generator and installing a new one, where the customer said questions were answered quickly. In an August 2023 review, a customer building a 4,000 square-foot home said the crew installed a 375-foot underground 400-amp service, wired a 30kw backup generator, and did the fans, light fixtures and the electrical for a new pool and retractable cover. A July 2024 reviewer described a home build with complex electrical needs, where Chris proposed several options and coordinated with the other contractors on scheduling. In a December 2023 review, a customer with intermittent power loss said the crew came back after hours and found and fixed the problem that night. A 2023 reviewer said the company had done commercial and residential work for them for over 15 years.

Three reviews are one star. In July 2025, a driver said someone driving a company vehicle refused to let them merge at a construction zone, that their side mirrors hit, and that the driver and passenger made obscene gestures. In April 2023, a customer said the crew tried to arrive outside the scheduled 12:30–1:30 pm window and the person on the phone was rude about rescheduling. In May 2022, a customer said they called for an estimate and got no response.

The state registry shows Massachusetts electrician licence #2338-EL-A1 as active, held by G H Electrical Service Co Inc.

**Strengths:**
- New-build wiring — nine reviewers hired them for new construction
- Generator installs — two 2026 reviews describe generator jobs
- After-hours fix — 2023 intermittent outage resolved that night

**Concerns:**
- Driver conduct — 2025 review describes a road-rage incident with company vehicle
- Scheduling window — 2023 reviewer says the arrival window was not honored
- Missed estimate call — a 2022 request reportedly got no response
