The company says it offers a complimentary in-home consultation with its designers, along with products and installation. A recent Google customer credits Jeffrey and Carolyn's design work for their new kitchen and says Ray, their project manager, kept them informed every step of the way and inspected every aspect of the project. A 2025 customer laid out how a kitchen and bath renovation unfolded: a first visit with Jeff Stoyer to pick cabinetry styles, a second to choose counter surfaces and tiles, then 3D images of each room that included removing 3 walls and a chimney. That 2025 customer noted that when Galleria makes the cabinetry, the cost includes installation, and said Anthony later made and installed two pullout shelves for an undercounter cabinet. In a 2023 review, a customer said they did a complete remodel from demolition of the old kitchen to design and installation of the new one. A 2023 customer wrote that Anthony modified the cabinet above their refrigerator so a much larger one could go in, and did it in a short amount of time. A 2024 customer said everything in their kitchen reface was custom designed to their liking. A 2023 customer described a bathroom remodel and said the team kept them updated every step of the way. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade. A 2024 customer said the job took a little longer than they thought. A 2013 Angi customer said two of four counter pieces were not cut correctly at installation, and that the recut piece was about 1/4 inch less thick than what they had been sold. That 2013 customer also said a crew leader told them to leave them alone, and graded the experience a C. A 2023 customer advised getting a complete quote, in writing, before starting. **Strengths:** - Responsive project manager — a recent customer said Ray kept them informed throughout - 3D kitchen plans — a 2025 customer saw room images before construction - Cabinet fine-tuning — a 2025 customer said Anthony made two pullout shelves **Concerns:** - Countertop cutting errors — a 2013 Angi customer said two pieces were miscut - Complete written quote — a 2023 customer advised getting one before starting - Longer timeline — a 2024 customer said the job took longer than they thought ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Offers a complimentary in-home consultation with its designers, by its own description _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://galleriadreamkitchens.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): We offer a complimentary in-home consultation with our experienced designers, high quality products, instal…” - A recent customer said project manager Ray kept them informed every step of the way _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25CMU5HWldVazVLVDNjMlgzZFNNRTFVVDBaeFRIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb4fd345887a09b4e!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnB1NGZWUk5KT3c2X3dSME1UT0ZxTHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We had a wonderful experience renovating our kitchen with Galleria.
