That customer wrote that they were crying on the phone for unrelated reasons and that the people they dealt with were kind. A 2025 customer who called Ryan about an issue with their heating system said he handed over the problem part before the customer even knew he was done. In a 2022 review, a customer whose two AC units broke said Ryan diagnosed the issues in a short time, had a replacement part for one unit and ordered the part for the other. That 2022 customer said Ryan kept them aware of the part delivery and came back promptly when it arrived. A 2024 customer with American Home Shield coverage said the company did many follow-up appointments to make sure they had heat and hot water while they fought with the warranty company. Massachusetts HVAC license 6672-SM-M1, in Gary V Powers's name, is active on the state registry. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade. A 2022 Google reviewer said the company misdiagnosed the issue, "bombed us out of the warranty" and never called back about a status or fix.
