Its website lists mowing, hedging, thatching and aeration, mulch and rock installation, concrete walkways and hardscapes, seasonal cleanups, tree trimming and removal, and excavation, and names Watertown, Middlebury, Waterbury, Naugatuck and Torrington as its service area. A recent customer said they took down one tree and trimmed back another, and the yard was spotless when they left. A recent customer whose tractor needed repair said the crew handled the complete yard, with a mow, weed whacking along the edges and blowing of the driveway and walkway. A recent customer said Jake and Genaro and their team replaced a 26-year-old walkway and worked with them to pick out the pavers and stones. A recent customer said the crew installed landscaping stone and edging, the edging came out straight, and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Work on one recent customer's yard was done fast, in time for a party that weekend. A 2026 customer said Genarro was working next door, walked over to look at a large tree, gave a fair price and got it down the same day. A 2025 customer described a first season of biweekly mowing and a full fall cleanup that turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated. A recent customer gave one star, saying they cut and trim too short, down to the dirt, and shear everything rather than prune. A recent customer said mulch was blown out of the gardens and, after being told he would come back to fix it, never heard back. A 2025 customer said their lawn was ruined and they had to get another company, and also complained of reckless driving on their street. **Strengths:** - A spotless cleanup — a recent customer said the yard was spotless after tree work - A walkway replacement — a recent customer said they replaced a 26-year-old walkway - A party deadline met — a recent customer said the work was done fast **Concerns:** - Cutting too short — a recent customer said they cut down to the dirt - An unfinished mulch fix — a recent customer said no one came back ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9 stars from 152 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=GET%20GOOD%20Lawn%20Care%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJXVNVPvwinY0RVViMO_J0BMc) — “Google: 4.9★ from 152 ratings” - A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/watertown/profile/lawn-maintenance/get-good-lawn-care-llc-0111-110087079) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - Lists a service area of Watertown, Middlebury, Waterbury, Naugatuck and Torrington _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://getgoodlawncare.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Watertown, Middlebury, Waterbury, Naugatuck, Torrington” - A recent customer said the yard was spotless after a tree removal and trimming _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25KaE5VOWFhRFpJZDJVM1gycFNVa1JaYVdweFkzYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xc70474f23b8c5855!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnJhNU9aaDZId2U3X2pSUkRZaWpxY3c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Did a great job taking down a tree and trimming back another.
