The company says it has been in business 15 years, and a 2025 customer called it Giglio Landscaping of Newtown. A recent customer had a new paver patio built and said Chris helped with the design and the crew was there for four days. A recent customer said the team installed a raised brick border around the rocks of a front yard, showed up on time and cleaned up properly. A recent Westport customer chose Giglio for a topsoil delivery on price and said the truck arrived on time. In 2025, a customer whose chimney leaked into the living room ceiling said Chris came out within 24 business hours, quoted the same day and reused the existing brick, and the job was completed in a few days. A 2025 reviewer said a tree went through the roof late on a Sunday night and Chris Giglio and his crew arrived first thing Monday morning to remove it and clean up the debris. A 2025 customer with an icy driveway said Travis had a salt spreader out within an hour. A 2024 customer said John Giglio and his crew put in a patio, and the estimate came in exactly as he said. A recent 2-star review from a passer-by said workers pushed grass clippings into the roadway and trimmed edges in the road without a hi-vis vest or a cone. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0604369, as active, held by Giglio Landscape Services LLC. **Strengths:** - Paver patio build — a recent customer said Chris helped with the design - Quick ice response — a 2025 customer had a salt spreader within an hour - Fallen tree cleanup — a 2025 reviewer said the crew arrived first thing Monday - Reused chimney brick — a 2025 customer said this saved money **Concerns:** - Roadside safety — a recent passer-by saw edge trimming in the road without a vest ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8 stars on Google from 71 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Giglio%20Landscape%20Services%2C%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJ3yFGGY0c6IkRlZNIxzusaac) — “Google: 4.8★ from 71 ratings” - Better Business Bureau grade of A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/norwalk/profile/landscape-contractors/giglio-landscape-services-llc-0111-87050310) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - The company says it has been in business 15 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://gigliolandscape.com) — “Self-reported 15 years in business” - A recent customer had a new paver patio built over four days _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2kxTU5Ib3djWFJYY25sdGVsRjBSVE16YzFFdGVXYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xa769ac3bc7489395!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOi1MNHowcXRXcnltelF0RTMzc1EteWc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Giglio Landscaping did a phenomenal job on our new paver patio, and I highly recommend their services.
