The website says the business has 10 years in business. In a 2024 review, a customer said Chris Giles built several pieces of fine furniture from Red Oak for them, including an audio tower, a computer desk, a telephone desk and a large TV console, and called them "beautiful pieces." In a 2020 review, customers who had remodeled their kitchen in 1991 wrote that they wanted a cabinetmaker to take out the cabinet above the space they had allowed for a refrigerator and replace it with something shorter that still looked good. In that 2020 review, they said Chris Giles asked for additional photos and measurements, quoted an acceptable price to build a new cabinet with doors that matched the rest of the kitchen, came out to remove the old cabinet, had them visit his shop to verify the color match, and returned a week later with his daughter as assistant to install the new cabinet. The same 2020 review says he was able to match the doors exactly and that you would never know the new cabinet wasn't part of the original installation three decades earlier. **Strengths:** - Matched cabinet doors — 2020 customer said new doors matched the kitchen exactly - Red Oak furniture — 2024 customer had an audio tower, desks and TV console built ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Describes itself as a full service custom cabinet and furniture manufacturer, fabricating and finishing its work in its Milford, New Hampshire facility _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.gileswoodworks.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Giles Woodworks is a full service custom cabinet and furniture manufacturer.
