A recent customer on a limited income said Ginger's was the only company that agreed to deliver oil monthly. A recent customer said Ginger's responded promptly to a furnace repair and evaluation and handled the servicing as much colder weather set in.

A 2026 customer said they had used Ginger's twice for emergency oil deliveries and, after speaking to Brian one morning, had Jake taking care of everything within 2 hours. A 2025 customer in Westerly said that on a freezing night, after another company failed to show up for a boiler check-up, Ginger's showed up in 45 minutes. A 2025 customer said Ginger's came to service a boiler for its annual and did a very thorough job at a fair price. A 2023 customer said that within 10 minutes of telling Ginger's they had run out of oil, the company was at the house filling the tank.

In a 2013 Angi review, a customer described Rich at Ginger's answering many questions about the efficiency of different boilers before they chose a Peerless WB-3 tankless boiler. That 2013 customer said the old boiler had burst by the time the techs arrived, and that they stayed until the new boiler was online with no extra charge for overtime. A 2012 Angi reviewer said Ginger's replaced a 40-plus-year-old 275-gallon oil tank; when a leak was found minutes after the crew left, they returned and installed new coated copper tubing between the furnace and the tank with no additional charge.
