## The honest read

Giovanni Lawn Care lists Clinton, Madison, Guilford, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, Killingworth, Deep River, Essex and Chester as its service area on its website, and says it has been in business 16 years.

A 2023 Google customer said his crew arrived on schedule to a side of the house overgrown with vegetation and front gardens and stone walls covered in ivy, and that by the end of the day it was all gone. A 2024 Google customer said Giovanni's crews handled two seasons of lawn care and fall cleanup, and called them reliable and the price fair.

A 2016 Angi customer said the seed was not covered or fertilized properly and that another company had to redo the work. A 2015 Angi customer called the company dependable but too expensive. A 2013 Angi customer disputed a $1000-plus-tax charge and said he came pounding on the door for payment 3 or 4 times.
