In that October 2024 review, the homeowner described a September 2021 project: grinding away three failed paint layers, preparing the concrete and applying a two-part epoxy floor with chips between coats. The Bristol company offers concrete polishing, epoxy flake floors and other garage-floor coatings, and says estimates are free. Its Connecticut home-improvement registration is active. HomeAdvisor lists 4.8 stars from 55 ratings, with written customer accounts spanning 2019–2024. A January 2026 Reddit commenter answering a Connecticut recommendation request also praised the price and results of work done in 2020. Several older customers described punctual installation and clear quoting. A July 2022 reviewer said the company explained the epoxy process, gave a quote during the site visit and completed the scheduled work in one day. In September 2021, a customer praised Elvis’s detailed quote, said no deposit was required on that job, and appreciated installers moving and covering heavy belongings. Another October 2021 customer praised a cement overlay. There are complaints as well. A December 2024 customer warned others away and criticized the finished appearance. In May 2021, a customer reported a flooring problem but said the company returned and fixed it quickly. A March 2021 reviewer praised the initial work but found the return crew’s replacement of belongings less smooth. Two customers in October and November 2020 praised the results or service while saying the price was higher than expected or a bit expensive. **Strengths:** - Durable epoxy floor — an October 2024 customer praised a three-year-old installation - One-day installation — a July 2022 customer reported completion as scheduled - Detailed floor quote — a September 2021 customer praised Elvis’s explanation **Concerns:** - Finished appearance — a December 2024 customer warned others away - Flooring remedial work — a May 2021 customer said an issue was quickly fixed - Belongings replacement — a March 2021 customer found the return crew less smooth - Higher pricing — two 2020 customers raised cost concerns despite praising service or results ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - An October 2024 customer said a September 2021 epoxy garage floor still looked good three years later after removal of three failed paint layers. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNYaGVLeURREAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xcacc0d4065c1df2f!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICXheKyDQ%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Came across some home improvement paperwork recently; in September 2021 this company renewed our two car garage floor with their epoxy sy…” - A July 2022 customer described a clear epoxy-floor quote and completion in one day on the scheduled date. _(confidence: high)_ - [HomeAdvisor](https://www.homeadvisor.com/rated.GlobalGarageFlooringof.47501272.html) — “5★ Global Garage showed up on time for the site visit and explained the process of installing an epoxy floor.
