## The honest read

Go To Cleaning holds a 4.9-star Google average from 143 ratings. A recent customer said Piedad and her crew deep cleaned their home after busy work schedules had left the cleaning behind, and the house looked like new. A recent customer who called the mess in their apartment seriously bad said they worked hard and transformed the place, and a recent customer said the Norwalk cleaning crew left their apartment looking brand new.

A 2026 customer hired them to deep clean a son's apartment and said a crew of 3 showed up and did a very thorough cleaning, with easy online booking. A 2025 customer said the manager, Piedad, arrived at a one-bedroom apartment with three members of her cleaning crew and professional-grade commercial cleaning supplies, and the job was finished before the customer got back from errands. A 2025 customer said Piedad led a crew of 7 people on a deep cleaning.

A 2025 customer who called twice for move-in and move-out cleanings said Juan was able to have teams come out the same day both times. In a 2024 review, a customer said that on a move-in deep clean they spent way more time at the house than planned and found mold on the window sills. A 2025 customer said that when the first crew was in an accident, Juan sent another crew and showed up to make sure everything was in order. A 2022 customer said Juan went ahead of the cleaning staff to introduce himself to the customer's older dog.

A recent 1-star customer said the bathroom floor and shower floor were left dusty and not cleaned. That customer said they were talked into an up-charge for an oven and microwave clean, paid $300 cash, and then had their credit card charged another $245 hours later, with nobody from the company responding. A 2025 customer praised the work of Piedad's team but said Juan ignored their text messages and then a call when they tried to rebook.

**Strengths:**
- Deep cleaning — a recent customer said the house looked like new
- Same-day scheduling — a 2025 customer said teams came out the same day
- A 7-person crew — a 2025 customer said Piedad led one on a deep clean
- A thorough move-in clean — a 2024 customer said they found mold on window sills

**Concerns:**

- Missed shower floor — a recent customer said it looked untouched and dusty
- Rebooking contact — a 2025 customer said texts and a call were ignored
