Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Graham LLC is a family-run Hyannis outfit that's been building, remodeling, and landscaping across Barnstable County since 2012 — the kind of shop where the same name shows up whether you need a kitchen gutted, a lawn kept up, or the driveway plowed after a storm. The reviews on file, though not recent, tell a consistent story: five-star ratings from 2019 through 2025 across Google and Houzz, each describing a different kind of job done right. In a 2025 Google review, a customer described the company handling a deeply personal task — excavating and preparing a family cemetery plot for a funeral — and called Chris Graham 'incredibly polite, appropriate, and accommodating' throughout. In 2019 Houzz reviews, customers praised a custom kitchen build, a full renovation managed while the homeowners were away on their honeymoon, five years of landscaping work at a commercial facility, and a shed project finished clean and on schedule. BBB gives the company an A+. Two things are worth checking before booking. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, once active, is now expired in the state registry — even though its Houzz profile still advertises itself as 'Fully Licensed and Insured.' That same Houzz profile also claims a 'BBB Accredited Business' badge that BBB's own page contradicts — BBB lists the company as A+ rated but explicitly not accredited. For a homeowner in Barnstable County with a remodeling, landscaping, or general-contracting job — especially one where trust in the people showing up matters as much as the work — Graham LLC has a real, well-reviewed history behind it. Just confirm current licensing status directly before signing anything. **Strengths:** - Detailed praise — 2025 review on a sensitive cemetery excavation job - Consistent five-star record — Google and Houzz reviews from 2019–2025 - Broad service range — remodeling, additions, landscaping and property management **Concerns:** - Licence lapsed — Massachusetts HIC registration expired - Accreditation claim — Houzz cites BBB accreditation that BBB itself disputes **Where sources disagree:** - Houzz lists Graham LLC as a 'BBB Accredited Business,' but BBB's own profile states the business is NOT accredited - Houzz advertises the company as 'Fully Licensed and Insured' while the state registry shows its Massachusetts HIC registration as expired ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is expired _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://contractorhub.mass.gov/s/hic-contractor-search) — “MA hic license 174282 registry-verified expired — registry holder of record: GRAHAM LLC.” - Houzz profile advertises the company as 'Fully Licensed and Insured' though its Massachusetts registration is expired _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/graham-llc-pfvwus-pf~27452427) — “Listed certification: Fully Licensed and Insured (claimed)” - [State License Registry](https://contractorhub.mass.gov/s/hic-contractor-search) — “MA hic license 174282 registry-verified expired — registry holder of record: GRAHAM LLC.” - Better Business Bureau grade is A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/hyannis/profile/property-management/graham-llc-0021-143228) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - Family-owned, in business since September 2012 per BBB and the company's own history _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://grahamllc.net) — “Company history (self-reported): Family-owned and operated since 2012, serving the Barnstable County area.” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/hyannis/profile/property-management/graham-llc-0021-143228) — “BBB's profile for Graham, LLC of 358 W Main St, Hyannis: an A+ rating but NOT BBB accredited, no customer reviews or complaints shown, in bu…” - Services listed with BBB include snow removal, remodeling, renovation, additions, landscaping, property management and handyman services, plus HVAC, plumbing and electrical through subcontracted providers _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/hyannis/profile/property-management/graham-llc-0021-143228) — “Services offered (Better Business Bureau): Snow removal, Remodeling, Renovation, Additions, Landscaping, Property management, Handyman servi…” - Broad remodeling and construction scope per Houzz listing: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, additions, new home construction, decks, basement remodeling, garage building, countertop installation, roof replacement _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/graham-llc-pfvwus-pf~27452427) — “Services offered (Houzz): Home Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Home Additions, New Home Construction, Home Extensions, …” - Member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod _(confidence: medium)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/graham-llc-pfvwus-pf~27452427) — “Listed certification: National Association of Home Builders” - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/graham-llc-pfvwus-pf~27452427) — “Listed certification: Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod” - Google rating is 5 stars from 9 ratings; Houzz rating is 5.0 stars from 4 reviews _(confidence: high)_ - [Houzz](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/general-contractors/graham-llc-pfvwus-pf~27452427) — “Houzz: 5.0★ from 4 ratings” - [Google](https://maps.google.com/?cid=4166541195272601654&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “Google: 5★ from 9 ratings” - In a 2025 Google review, a customer described the company handling a family cemetery plot excavation and interment with care and professionalism _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xOME0xVjVORkpWZVVGVGJWZDVTMWxYVkRKVlMyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x39d287244e414036!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlN0M1V5NFJVeUFTbVd5S1lXVDJVS2c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ This company handled the excavation of the cemetery plot and interment of my father’s remains at his funeral service.
