In a 2026 review, a customer who wanted an unsightly cement slab in the back yard demolished says Scott offered a few pricing options, that they knocked it out in a day, and that he honored his price when it turned out to be more work than originally thought. A 2023 Google reviewer said the company demolished a 32 x 40 garage in 3 days and left the property clean. In a 2023 review, a customer who had a 20x30 shed taken down said the job took 2 days, that they raked and cleaned up the area, and that they phoned to make sure the customer was happy with the job. A 2024 Google reviewer said Scott gave a very fair price and showed up on time to demolish and remove an old shed. In a 2023 review, a customer hired them for interior trenching and concrete removal for a new bathroom. A 2023 reviewer said a kitchen remodel project Scott had said would take 2-3 days was busted out in one, with everything left neat and clean. In a 2023 Google review, a customer said Scott's men worked safely during the demolition of the customer's deck, and in a 2024 review a customer said Scott demoed their basement. **Strengths:** - Price honored — 2026 customer says price held when slab job grew - Shed removal — 2023 and 2024 customers had sheds taken down - Site cleanup — a 2023 garage demolition left the property clean ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Rated 5 stars on Google from 15 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Granite%20State%20Demolition%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJ167vQFEUSQcRG6ALe8GnM-k) — “Google: 5★ from 15 ratings” - Rated 5.0 stars on Angi from 18 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Angi](https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/nh/northwood/granite-state-demolition-llc-reviews-1.htm) — “Angi: 5.0★ from 18 ratings” - Describes itself as a local Patriot-owned and operated demolition service _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.granitestatedemolitionsllc.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): We are a local Patriot-owned and operated demolition service that offers the best pricing for your interior…” - In a 2026 review, Scott honored his price on a cement slab demolition that turned out to be more work _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=16803959084084338715&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I called Scott looking to have an unsightly cement slab demolished in my back yard.
