# Grasi Cleaning Services **Trade:** House Cleaning · **Address:** 124 Clay St ap 2, 02724, Fall River, MA 02724, USA · **Phone:** (401) 442-9938 · **Website:** https://grasicleaningservicesinc.com/ · **Languages:** English **Rating: 4.0/5** (medium confidence) — from 48 reviews across 4 sources. 100% of sentiment-scored reviews read net-positive. Last 6 months: 0 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Grasi Cleaning Services runs out of Fall River with a client base that sticks around — several reviewers describe using Grasi for three, four, even six years running. On Google it holds a 4.9★ average from 50 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives it an A- grade. The written record, going back to 2022, is built almost entirely around two things: deep cleans and long-running weekly or biweekly service. A 2025 review describes a post-construction cleanup where every surface and corner got attention; a 2023 reviewer says Grasi has handled both regular cleaning and post-construction cleanups for four years. Recurring customers describe the rhythm directly — weekly service for three years, nearly a year of weekly visits, biweekly cleanings for six months — and repeatedly credit Grasi herself with clear communication about costs, arrival times, and scheduling. Several reviews mention same-day or next-day quote turnaround after spotting the company's car in the neighborhood. A few reviews describe small personal touches — towels folded into bows, stickers left behind — and extras like organizing as they clean. There's little to flag from what's here — the written record spans more than three years without a documented complaint. Because most of what's described is repeat, scheduled service (weekly or biweekly) alongside one-off deep cleans, it's worth confirming which arrangement you're booking and what a first visit versus a maintenance visit covers. Grasi Cleaning Services looks like a strong fit for anyone who wants a cleaner they can keep long-term — plenty of these customers clearly have — as well as for one-off jobs like a post-construction or move-in deep clean. Confirm pricing and visit cadence up front. **Strengths:** - Deep cleaning — thorough top-to-bottom cleans for move-ins and after construction - Long-term clients — customers report using them for years - Clear communication — upfront about costs, arrival times and scheduling ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Deep-clean specialist handling move-in, weekly and post-construction jobs _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2t4bmVYSnlWMHAxYlVsVVVtNWZiRGxZZGtoUlUyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xc101deef5ad03489!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkxneXJyV0p1bUlUUm5fbDlYdkhRU2c%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ We recently hired Grasi Cleaning Services for a post-construction cleanup, and they did an outstanding job.
