That 2024 customer said John came out when he said he would, got the flooring done in the timeframe he had given, and took the time to make a section of the existing floor square where it was not square before. The same 2024 customer called the work expensive but said it was entirely worth the money. A 2023 customer said Gray Tile renovated the tiling of their bathtub surround, and that John was on time, cleaned up after the job and finished on schedule. A 2022 customer said their kitchen tile work was done in the time originally quoted and that they would use the company again for future tile work. **Strengths:** - A squared floor section — a 2024 customer said John squared part of the existing floor - Tub surround tiling — a 2023 customer said it finished on schedule - Kitchen tile — a 2022 customer said it was done in the quoted time **Concerns:** - Higher price — a 2024 customer called the work expensive but worth it ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5 stars from 3 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Gray%20Tile%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJLzRcVV-TEoAR79OqrOsRh7E) — “Google: 5★ from 3 ratings” - A 2024 customer said John came out when he said he would and finished in the timeframe he gave _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURqeE5QaXd3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb18711ebacaad3ef!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDjxNPiwwE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ In the last couple of years, 2022-2024, it has been extremely difficult to hire a contractor that 1) shows up and 2) shows up and does gr…” - A 2024 customer described a small section of flooring tiled over a former bare subfloor at the front door and closet _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURqeE5QaXd3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb18711ebacaad3ef!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDjxNPiwwE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ In the last couple of years, 2022-2024, it has been extremely difficult to hire a contractor that 1) shows up and 2) shows up and does gr…” - A 2023 customer said Gray Tile renovated their bathtub surround tiling _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURad1lQNExBEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xb18711ebacaad3ef!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDZwYP4LA%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ We renovated our bathtub surround tiling when we moved in to our new home with Gray Tile a year ago and it is still looking just as amazi…” - A 2022 customer described kitchen tile work done in the quoted time _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNlZ2FYX3N3RRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb18711ebacaad3ef!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICegaX_swE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Excellent work, great communication and super friendly.
