## The honest read

Great Heights Landscaping, based in Ayer, has a small but clean record so far — two five-star Google reviews and a 5.0 rating from two ratings overall. A February 2026 review praises the communication and customer service. In an August 2025 review, a customer described hiring the company for a full landscaping project: the crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and offered suggestions on shrubs and stone to fit the look they wanted, leaving the front yard transformed.

There isn't yet enough here to say much beyond that — worth asking for references given how new the online record still is.

**Strengths:**
- Customer service — praised for communication and follow-through
- Full-yard projects — 2025 review described an on-time major landscaping job
