Greco Inspections, LLC describes itself as a Connecticut home inspection company that takes on residential and commercial inspections across the state. On its Better Business Bureau profile the company lists pre-purchase, pre-sale, electrical system, HVAC system, septic system, and well rate and recovery inspections, and the BBB grades it A+.

A recent Google customer says Jeremy was professional, thorough and easy to work with, that scheduling was simple, and that he had connections for needs after the inspection, like pest control. A 2026 customer said the inspector showed up on time, explained everything clearly and answered every question without rushing. That 2026 customer also said the report was detailed, easy to understand and delivered promptly. A 2022 customer said Jeremy did the home inspection and called the service fast and reliable.
