## The honest read

A 2023 customer who moved to Williamstown wrote that their sloped front driveway let rainwater and melting snow seep into the garage they had converted into a quilting studio. That 2023 customer said Josh and his crew dug a trench and put in a Tuf-tite drainage system that diverted the water underground and away from the garage. In the same 2023 review, the customer said Josh and his crew showed up when they said they would, cleaned up afterward, and that Josh's pricing was "very fair."

In a 2024 review, a customer said they showed Josh a picture of what they had in mind for a new walkway and patio, and he added his own ideas, keeping some of the mid-century details and bringing them up to date with new stone. A 2023 customer said Josh and his workers were always on time, did a spring cleanup around several gardens and re-created a rock garden that was in serious disrepair. In a 2023 review, a customer said Josh and his crew had provided a number of yard and tree services. A 2023 reviewer wrote about a business relationship spanning multiple years that covered grounds maintenance, landscaping and snow removal. In a 2025 review, a customer said the company helped them get out when they were snowed in.

A 2022 reviewer said the company never got back to them about plowing. In a 2023 review, a customer wrote that they hadn't heard from him.

**Strengths:**
- A drainage fix — a 2023 customer said a trench diverted garage water
- A walkway and patio — a 2024 customer said Josh built on their picture
- A rock garden rebuild — a 2023 customer said Josh's workers re-created it
- Snowed-in help — a 2025 customer said they helped them get out

**Concerns:**
- Plowing follow-up — a 2022 reviewer said they never got back
- A missed callback — a 2023 reviewer said they hadn't heard from him
