## The honest read

Green Leaf Home Inspection is Rob's business: its website tells people to "Call Rob at Green Leaf to Inspect your roof" and says he uses a drone to see problems with roof structures. The site names Putnam and Fairfield as its service area.

A 2023 customer wrote that Rob went to an investment property the day after the call, spent three hours inspecting it, and sent a detailed report in less than 24 hours. That 2023 customer said the written report had a lot of photos, and that Rob's verbal assessment helped with coming up with an offer and negotiating with the seller.

A 2023 customer on a first home inspection said Rob walked them through all the details and provided a clear, detailed report the next day. A 2023 customer wrote that there wasn't one corner of the house he did not evaluate. A 2023 reviewer who has recommended Rob Spinazzola to buyers wrote that he was a contractor doing home renovations for many years.

In a 2021 review, a customer wrote they had used Robert many times.

**Strengths:**
- A next-day report — a 2023 customer got a clear, detailed report the next day
- A photo-filled report — a 2023 customer's written report had a lot of photos
- A detailed walkthrough — a 2023 customer said Rob walked them through all the details
