A recent Google customer who wanted the area behind their house turned into a yard said Jeff felled trees, pulled stumps, moved rocks, rebuilt a retaining wall, graded and leveled the land and seeded the lawn. A recent customer said Jeff came out with a Kubota to remove invasive bittersweet vine from the slope in front of the house, excavating about 98% of it and hauling the contaminated soil away, for a significantly lower price than the original company charged. A recent customer who wanted their lawn aerated and re-seeded said Jeff responded in a timely manner with a fair quote and did the job himself, on a lawn they described as not the easiest because of its grade. A small excavating contractor wrote in a recent review that they hire Green Top Turf for hydroseeding and that Jeff is pretty quick to respond with quotes. A 2026 customer wrote that they would be using Jeff for all their lawn maintenance subcontracting needs. **Strengths:** - Hydroseeding for a contractor — a small excavating contractor hires them for it - Vine removal — a recent customer said Jeff excavated invasive bittersweet vine - A yard rebuild — a recent customer said Jeff graded, leveled and seeded it ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said Jeff felled trees, pulled stumps, rebuilt a retaining wall, graded the land and seeded the lawn _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=17606590672180458811&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I needed some serious help getting the jungle behind my house turned in to a yard.
