## The honest read

Greenland Construction Services is a roofing and exterior company that says it has served Brookfield and Fairfield County, CT for over a decade. On Google it shows 5 stars from 69 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A+.

A recent customer whose roof had damaged and missing shingles said the company came out quickly for an inspection, and that the installation crew also installed a couple of vents. A recent customer who asked for an estimate on what looked like a bigger gutter issue said it was just clogged, and that the company offered a complimentary clean on the spot because severe rain was coming. One recent customer said Francisco ("Junior") presented several roofing material options; when an unexpected issue came up on the first day of the project, that customer said he showed up with his team at 3:00 a.m. A recent customer with a leaky window said they were there the next day to fix it. A recent roof replacement customer said the roof was completed in one day, cleanup included.

In a 2025 review, a customer who asked about a bump in the roof said Junior, the owner, told them the roof was in great condition and his team fixed the bump at no charge. A 2025 customer said Junior replaced vinyl siding where storm damage had left two holes, using siding from a hidden part of the house so the patches would blend in. A 2025 customer said Thiago identified wind damage at the initial estimate and suggested an insurance claim, and that the roof repair was completely covered by insurance. A 2024 customer in Danbury said the company did their roof four years before and fixed a leak under warranty a few months after; when a small attic leak appeared, that 2024 customer said Junior had a crew come out and handle it right away.

Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0646105, as active, held by Greenland Construction Services LLC.
