## The honest read

GreenSprays Organic Tick Control applies tick control products to lawns and yards. The company describes those products as organic certified and safe as soon as 15 minutes after it departs, and its website names 15 towns it serves, including Milford, Orange, Woodbridge and Bethany.

A 2024 customer said they had been with GreenSprays since 2013 and, after finding a tick on themselves twice before signing up, had not seen one since. A 2024 customer in a third summer of having the yard sprayed said no ticks had been found on their dog or two young kids. A 2025 customer said the treatment worked and the bees survived.

A 2024 customer said the company was prompt when they called about an issue back in 2022. That 2024 customer also said the owner came out, personally assessed and spoke with them for 45 minutes to explain the problem. A 2024 customer said the company sent a phone message when on the way. A 2023 customer said the Greensprays team clearly communicated pricing, scheduling and services for tick and mosquito control. A 2023 customer said Stacy made the process easy.

A 2023 customer said that after the company sprayed, they saw even more ticks than before, and that when they called, Stacey blamed them for not buying add-on services instead of fixing the issue. A 2024 customer wrote that the owner was more concerned that you know they service mansions in Greenwich than with killing ticks. A 2024 customer called the company very unprofessional and said it needed more professional people, especially its scheduler. A 2024 customer said a tech moved their trash bin and did not put it back for mechanical pickup.

**Strengths:**
- Tick protection — a 2024 customer said they had not seen a tick since 2013
- A 45-minute owner visit — a 2024 customer said the owner explained the problem
- An on-the-way message — a 2024 customer said it sent a phone message
- Clear pricing and scheduling — a 2023 customer said both were clearly communicated

**Concerns:**
- More ticks after spraying — a 2023 customer saw more ticks than before
- Blame over add-ons — a 2023 customer said Stacey faulted them for skipping add-ons
- An unprofessional scheduler — a 2024 customer singled out the scheduler
- A moved trash bin — a 2024 customer said the tech did not return it
