## The honest read

Greenwich Landscape Contracting describes itself on its BBB page as offering design, installation and maintenance of residential landscaping.

A 2022 Google customer said the company agreed to come out for snow removal each time it snowed, but on the second snow the owner said he would come by and never did. That 2022 customer wrote of being stuck at home until another company could get them out, and said the owner, paid cash on the spot, never returned calls or came back.

**Concerns:**
- Missed snow visit — a 2022 customer said the owner never came after the second snow
- Unreturned calls — a 2022 customer said calls went unanswered after a cash payment
