A 2024 customer said the company built them a brand new house from scratch, and that they found materials and fixtures to fulfill last-minute requests. A 2024 customer hired the company for an addition after a builder referred them, and wrote that the project finished on time, with the family in the new space ahead of schedule. That 2024 customer named Nick and John, and said they extended the project with the company. In 2021, a BuildZoom reviewer said the project was done in a timely manner. A 2021 Google reviewer who had not yet hired the company said John was responsive and worked with them on an aggressive timeline for a concrete slab for a new shed. The website at gregsak.com describes Gregsak Engineering, Inc. as a New Hampshire corporation since 1986, founded by William M Gregsak PE. BuildZoom's profile describes John W. Gregsak as a construction manager who has supervised construction projects at major universities in Boston and commercial and residential remodels. A 2023 customer wrote that the contractor walked off the job after being paid for 75% of the project, and that subcontractor miscommunications delayed the project and forced them to relocate out of their home. A 2022 customer said they were very disappointed in the work done on their property and would never hire the company again. **Strengths:** - A new house build — a 2024 customer said they built a house from scratch - An on-time addition — a 2024 customer moved in ahead of schedule **Concerns:** - A walked-off job — a 2023 customer said the contractor quit midstream - A disappointing project — a 2022 customer would never hire them again ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2024 customer said the company built them a brand new house _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUQ3emNxQ1J3EAE!2m1!1s0x0:0xfe7e29dbbf5c001b!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgID7zcqCRw%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ My wife and I are so happy with the brand new house Gregsak & Sons built for us.
